For many organizations, temporary accommodation is inevitable at some stage often the result of business expansion. But taking an interim tenancy needn’t mean diluting the company image, as this fit out illustrates.

Executive office and a passage way are placed around the perimeter of the building.

The minimalist look extends to the chief executive office. High end Italian and customized furniture features throughout the interior. As the fit out incorporates Feng Sui principles, the sharp edges of the zig-zag building exterior were boxed inside to soften the effect.

The conference room is contained within a large pod. This was designed both as a sculptural element and as a focus for the whole floor. Black and white furniture keeps the pod interior, or conference room, looking crisp.
