The owner of this Boulder, Colorado guest suite initialy developed this space for them selves, rather than guest. They converted their garage loft into living quarters and escaped there for a few months during complete renovations to their main house. The fully appointed suite retains the garage’s soaring roof line and adds interior walls, flooring, fixtures, and finishes.
The upper floor of this two story garage, was remodeled as a guest suite. Both visitors and hosts appreciate the privacy this arrangement affords. (more…)
